About Domaine Sigalas
Domaine Sigalas is one of Santorini’s benchmark wineries, closely associated with the rise of modern Assyrtiko on the island. The estate says founder Paris Sigalas released the first vintage of Santorini Assyrtiko under the Sigalas name in 1991, and the winery remains focused on expressing Santorini’s volcanic terroir through indigenous grape varieties and careful vineyard work.
